Help Me Grow is an initiative of the Early Childhood Alliance (ECA) dedicated to helping families in Oswego County navigate the early years of their child’s life. Designed for families with children ages 0-5, this program provides free developmental screenings, referrals, and follow-up support to ensure that children have the resources they need to grow and thrive.
