OUR PROGRAMS

Composed of Registration, Child Care Resources and Referral (CCR&R), and the Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP), the Child Care & Development Council (CCDC) is a resource for registered/licensed, legally-exempt, and potential child care providers, as well as parents looking for child care options in Oswego County.

OCTSB provides education to schools, businesses and community organizations to increase residents' safety while walking, bicycling, or driving.  We coordinate similar efforts with law enforcement, healthcare providers, and child passenger safety technicians.

The Early Childhood Alliance of Oswego County facilitates cross-sector engagement and collaboration to build a stable, comprehensive, and effective early childhood system of care that utilizes data driven solutions informed by community priorities to support young children ages birth to five and their families in order to thrive.
