Child Care & Development Council

The Child Care & Development Council is dedicated to promoting and supporting the development of quality, affordable and accessible child care services in Oswego County. To accomplish this mission we offer FREE services for child care providers, individuals interested in opening a child care program, and families searching for child care.

The Councils' Child Care Resource & Referral (CCR&R) program provides the following services;

- information/referrals for child care for families and businesses

-technical assistance, health care consultancy, and training for providers

Our staff is available to assist you Monday - Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m

For referrals for child care, you may call (315) 343-2344 extension 12.  You may speak to a staff for referral services between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Monday - Friday or access our on-line referral at any time.  If you have special needs and require assistance with the referral process, please contact our Referral Specialist at pouderkirk@cnymail.com for arrangements to meet your needs.
